Objectives and Goals

To identify the psychological and cultural issues related to interpersonal violence in communities, schools, and homes.
To develop and/or enhance personal/professional violence prevention and conflict resolution skills.
To discover successful models and strategies for effective youth violence prevention/intervention.
Our workshops are designed to provide an interactive, experiential opportunity for participants to explore and confront personal and societal issues related to violence.
Through discussion, role-play, and lectures, participants will recognize and understand root causes and manifestations or inter/intra-cultural group (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, generational) violence.
Visual effects, including actors, are used to help penetrate the message given in our workshops and to help assure the effectiveness to its' participants.
